Privacy notice

TaxPostman sends due-date reminders and tax updates to people who signed up on a firm's page and confirmed their email. We store the name, email, business name, role and the choices made on the sign-up form, plus a record of the emails sent, so the firm can show what was communicated. We never sell this data or use it to advertise our own services. Anyone can unsubscribe from any email, and delete their details themselves from the "Delete my details" link on their email choices page, or ask the firm to. After deletion we keep only the dates emails were sent (the firm's record) and, for addresses that bounced or reported spam, a block so they are never emailed again. Copies of emails are removed after 3 years.
